DELIVERY
For orders paid in full we offer standard ground freight free of charge. All orders shipped directly to the school within 14 to 20 days from sale completion date.
FREIGHT AND A COD TAG will apply to all orders shipped without payment in full
PACKAGING
All items will be bagged individually by student and homeroom for ease of distribution. One bag for each homeroom class with all students’ orders individually bagged and labeled. All single class orders will be in one bag.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Given the fact that all products are custom printed with you chosen size, color and logo we cannot replace or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. While we do take the time at pre sort and prior to the printing process to inspect garments occasionally an item is defective. If that is the case HERITAGE SPIRITWEAR will replace or refund the amount of said garment.
PAYMENT
Minimum of ½ of your total order should be included and sent back to us when you send us your order sheets. Balance due upon receipt of your invoice. In order to take advantage of our free freight offer you items should be paid in full before ship date.
SAMPLES
HERITAGE SPIRITWEAR will provide sample items which should be displayed at the school in a safe visible location. Items should be on display during the entirety of the sale and removed to a safe location after the sale end date. Sample items of corresponding sizes and colors will be used to fill items from the sale. All unused items will be ½ priced. If a sold item needs embellishment (name or #) it should be sent back to us with all of your order sheets. HERITAGE SPIRITWEAR will provide a freight free tag for those items and the order sheets

Thank you for choosing HERITAGE SPIRITWEAR. We will provide you all of the tools needed to run a successful school fundraising campaign without all of the extra costs associated with custom screen printed products and embroidery. You agree to do all that you can to make your event a successful one.
